Maverick

I finished this mix just in time for New Years, hence track 4 went down well. Phat electro basslines feature heavilly in Maverick, infact I tried to break it up with some more vocal tracks but the juicy lektro beats absolutely dominate this mix.

Flashback

Flashback became my version of an Annual mix. I basically took some of my fav tracks from 2006 (and some from 2005), found a recent remix and slapped them together.

Retrovibe

This started out as an experiement to see how some of the older songs mixed together. I kept tweaking it and eventually it turned into a mix that even my parents like!

Superstar

Talk about a Girly Mix! Superstar doesn’t have a male vocalist within earshot. Starting off with a thump thanks to one of my favourite tracks of all time, Superstar progresses through a fine range of sweet feminine tunes before finishing off with the epic ’1983 Loving Arms’ remix.

Deeper

This mix is an absolute classic amongst my friends. It’s deep tribal beats have accompanied us on many beach and camping excursions, with tracks such as “Summer Moon” bringing back memories of cruising down the beaches of Double Island in 4×4’s.

Solace

Who order Cheese Lovers pizza with extra cheese? Yes indeed this mix is entirely made up of commercial hits, so it works very well at a party where people are new to dance music.

Voxxy

Vocal House = Vox = Voxxy. Obviously guitars and vocals feature heavily in this mix, with some very tasty rock-house going on.

Discotekka

Discotekka is party mix with a lot of familiar, cheesy tracks. The Tonite Only tracks bring the house down and the tempo is maintained throughout right up until I bring it down a few notches with the absolutley delectable “Crazy” remix, and then a sweet finish by Nadia Ali.
