ORIGINAL RELEASE NOTES
“Melange (noun): a motley assortment of things”
That’s exactly what this mix is. A wide variety of styles have been used, and I have created mixes between songs that really shouldn’t work.. but they somehow do. Sometimes I like to start the mix with a good mashup that catches your attention, like here for example is something you least expect but works very well. I am a big fan of Voodoo & Serano, and you should see why after hearing the two tracks I have included here. I threw Bucci Bag in, which is a classic from 2003, before an excellent vocal track by Lys & Hunzed that has become on of my favourites. Rounding it all up is an unexpected remix of The Prodigy. Slamin.

Maverick
I finished this mix just in time for New Years, hence track 4 went down well. Phat electro basslines feature heavilly in Maverick, infact I tried to break it up with some more vocal tracks but the juicy lektro beats absolutely dominate this mix.

Protocol
I’m back and bringing the beats! Protocol features 20 killer club tracks to get on down to. The queen house vocalist Nadia Ali lays the foundation for the unrelenting bombs that follow, with lots of big names in the lineup such Axwell, Chris Lake and Laidback Luke.

Where were you?
If Melange was on your iPod, in your car or burned to a CD by somebody else, say so. It's the only part of the archive I can't recover on my own.
