When you submit a mix memory, we may collect your name or handle, place or time reference, written memory, mix rating, optional email address, the relevant mix and your publication consent.

We may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited and basic security or spam signals through our hosting, forms and analytics providers.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to booking and contact enquiries, assess event requirements, moderate mix memories and ratings, maintain and secure the website, understand how the site is used, improve its content and comply with legal obligations.

3. Memories, ratings and public information

Memory submissions are reviewed before publication. If approved, the name or handle, place or time reference, memory and rating you submitted may appear publicly on the relevant mix page. Your email address will not be published. You may ask us to correct or remove a published submission.

4. Analytics, cookies and embedded media

This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and site use. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and receive device, browser, page, referrer and approximate location information. The site also embeds content from services such as YouTube and Mixcloud, which may collect data when their content loads or when you interact with it. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the site, including Netlify for website hosting and form processing, Google for analytics, and embedded media providers. If you follow a link to shop.djstrex.com, purchases and checkout information are handled by the DJ STREX Shopify store and its service providers under the store’s applicable policies.

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.
