ORIGINAL RELEASE NOTES

There seems to be a trend in dance music lately that is steering away from the harsher fidget-electro sounds and back to the strong vocal house music from earlier in the decade. Deluxo captures this by showcasing some great smooth progressive house tracks featuring fine female vocals and epic synth melodies. Lots of big names on this mix with stellar tracks from Eric Prydz, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Gregor Salto, Avicii, Kaskade, plus some classy remixes from local Brisbane legend Nick Galea. The stand-out tracks for me are the two remixes done by Arno Cost, he absolutely kills it with his use of vocals, lyrics and driving basslines. Deluxo is a perfect mix for earlier in the evening to set the groove.
